21/01/2008 - BBC Four announces Brecon Jazz programme dates As organisers are putting together a special celebratory programme for the 25th Brecon Jazz festival this coming August, arts tv channel BBC Four next month puts out a series of shows recorded at the 2007 festival which reflect the quality and diversity of this, one of the top five Jazz festivals in Europe.

05/10/2007 - Best Major Event in Wales 2007 The HSBC Brecon Jazz Festival has landed the Best Major Event in Wales award in this year’s ‘Tourism Oscars’, the National Tourism Awards ceremony held at Bodelwyddan Castle, Denbighshire at the weekend.
